Since the first interview, she was very clear with all steeps needed, forms necessary, time of the entire process, and documents to be provided. She managed to initiate the process on time, before the expiration limit of my former working visa. In my particular case it was 30 days after retirement. This was a very important as I could not be overstating my visa to apply for the conversion.
