OUTCOME: Approved

A client was rejected by many attorneys, which told her that she did not have a case. Her mother (US citizen) petitioned her before client turned 21 years old. Her age was frozen when the mother filed ... the petition; but for some reason other attorneys advised otherwise. Client was 23 yrs old when she came to my office. At 24 yrs old she became a lawful permanent resident thanks to my help
