Soy residente Americana desde Abril 2017, y en Julio 2020 en plena de Pandemia por motivos personales regrese a Rep Dom temporalmente sin intención de abandonar EU, y mi doc de viaje (i-151 que es la extencion de residencia temporal ) , se me vencio estándo allá. Unos meses después ,casi dándome p...or vencida, (Diciembre 2020) me recomiendan a Jennifer y ella comienza a trabajar en mi caso. Para el 13 de Enero 2021 doy positiva al Covid , pero aún así seguimos intentando sacar el permiso de Viaje y no es hasta Febrero 05 que doy Negativa de Covid , cuando pagamos el Fee para el travel document y ese mismo día la abogada Jennifer contacta al Immigrant Visa Unit en el Consulado Americano en Rep Dom , explicando todo el caso a lo que nos indican que yo podría abordar el avión con el correo electrónico recibido por la Unidad Consular donde me autorizaban y con mi prueba de covid negativa. Así lo hice , pero la línea aérea no me dejó abordar con esos Documentos , retrasando aún más mi retorno a EU. Volvemos a contactar a la Embajada y explicamos lo sucedido , y es ahí cuando me conceden una cita presencial el 19 Mayo 2021 para darme una visa temporal de 1 entrada y poder retornar, deje mi pasaporte y me lo entregaron con la estampa unos días después y retorne el 31 Marzo. Cabe recalcar que durante ese tiempo me había llegado una notificación de mi fecha de entrevista para mi residencia permanente, y Jennifer contacto USCIS para hacerle cambio de fecha por mi misma situación de no poder volver a tiempo a US y asistir a dicha entrevista. Quiero Felicitar a Jennifer y a su gran equipo de trabajo, son extremadamente profesionales y no dan pasos en falso. Me vi prácticamente retenida en Dominicana sin poder salir , con mi residencia expirada , en plena pandemia con todas las fronteras y Embajadas literalmente cerradas y casi sin esperanza de poder retornar y perder muchos años de sacrificio y estabilidad . Ella siempre me acompañó vía telefónica en todos mis procesos y de verdad que es el MEJOR LEGAL ADVICE que puedo recomendar , de verdad que .
