Jennifer Melendez and her team were very professional helping me recieve my citizenship using the N- 600. I filed my N-600 in January of 2016 and I did not get a response from USCIS. I made several attempts to go directly and speak with the Clerk's at USCIS with promises that they would call but no ...call.
