I didn't find this out until it was months after the final settlement. It took me a year to save to hire an attorney to fix the child support. I even offered to pay Mr. Narducci to fix it and he stated he did not reopen settled cases. My new attorney who was amazing often stated it was like I wasn't even represented. It cost me $10000 to fix Mr. Narducci's incompetence. My new child support is $90. If it had been figure correctly in the first place it would have saved me 10k.
