Excellent

He communicated effectively and made the process seamless. I would recommend him to anyone. When we were handing trust matters for our son and family he was there to answer our questions and make sure our family was taken care of.

Top notch attorney

Andre was extremely accessible and walked me through every step of my case. He answered every call, responded to every email, and soothed any concerns I had regarding court proceedings. Following Mr. Philogene's guidance, I was able to lower child support payments by hundreds of dollars a month as we...ll as secure more time with my child. Mr. Philogene is excellent.

I was pleased overall with the services I contracted Andre to complete. He allowed after hour discussion! Furthermore, extended his self, and made a personal visit to the judges office to make sure a favorable result would occur, and a emergency hearing would be scheduled. With only a week before ...a foreclosure sale date, he prepare the necessary forms and arguments together with efforts to cancel sale with opposing counsel. Ultimately the judge ruled in our favor with out a hearing. I have used his service twice before.
