This attorney came to a mediation in my family case. He failed to provide me any direction for the mediation and failed to sit with the mediator and other party's attorney when drawing up a new parenting plan. By neglecting to be involved in the process, he never knew that they completely changed m...y entire parenting plan, even parts of it that were not up for discussion in the mediation. To make matters worse, he had his office fax me the new agreement to sign and failed to inform me that those changes were made. I am certain he never even looked over the document before requesting that I sign it. Fortunately, I was paying attention to what I was asked to sign.
