JAMES MICHAEL LILLY is a graduate of the College of Charleston (B.S., 2010) and Nova Southeastern's Shepard Broad College of Law (J.D. 2021).

Mr. Lilly works at the Law Offices of James M. Lilly, PLLC. There, he devotes his practice to any and all Matrimonial and Family Law matters, including Divorce, Paternity, Adoption, Premarital Agreements, Domestic Violence, Enforcement, Contempt, Alimony, Child Support, Custody, Visitation, Parenting Plans, Time-Sharing, Equitable Distribution, Property Division, Restraining Orders, Post-Judgment Modifications, Agency, Annulments, Child Abduction, Child Abuse and Neglect, Child Advocacy, Cohabitation Agreements, Surrogacy Agreements,  International Adoptions, Independent Adoptions, Same Sex Marriage and Family Law, Step Parent Adoptions, and Termination of Parental Rights.

Mr. Lilly graduated from law school with High Honors and Distinctions as a national competitor for the Moot Court Society, advocate for Nova's Trial Association, contributing editor of Nova Law Review Volume 45, and earned a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Lilly began his legal career by assisting a myriad of clients through various matters ranging from felonies to personal injury, to civil actions throughout the State of Florida. The importance of helping clients in their time of need naturally gravitated him toward Family Law where the right legal assistance can help a family for a lifetime.
