Gary took my DUI to a jury trial. Our jury pool was the second of the day. These potential jurists were rejected by an earlier trial. We ended up with a retired bailiff, an emergency room surgeon, an angry old lady, and amazingly a corrections officer. Court adjourned for lunch and I told Gary I wa...s going to prison ....he assured me would not. After an incredible defense of me , Gary managed to get a hung jury.
