I have dealt with many attorneys in my life. They all promise the moon and back and rarely deliver. Gary Ostrow was a breath of fresh air. I had a multiple drug charges after the Fort Lauderdale Raiders kicked in my door and entered my residence claiming they had a search warrant. Possession. Trafficking , manufacturing were the main charges. Gary had me bonded out. During the next few months , the same Raider unit harassed me and even ...again entered my house claiming they had a warrant. Never found anything after the first arrest yet they came to my house 3 separate times. Gary invoked my 5th amendment (invocation to remain silent) which led to them stop harassing me. Gary even had a phone call to get off indirectly in a threaten manner. All that did was put Gary in a even more offensively / defensively mind set. He worked day and night with depositions and P.I. Work. The day of court the state came with a long probation offer. We declined and went to trial in Judge Dejoules( great judge) courtroom. After putting all 6 Raiders and myself on the stand , Judge Dejoules( great judge ) ruled the Raiders were guilty of perjury and never had a search warrant and al charges were dropped. Not only that but due to Gary’s persistence and never give up attitude , he had the lead Raider suspended and let’s just say that Raider is no longer employed. That was just the beginning and the start of demise of that POS. I WOULD HIRE GARY IN A SECOND IF I EVER NEEED A LAWYER. I DID AND STILL TO THIS DAY TRUST HIM WITH MY LIFE. He is more then a lawyer, he cares about ever person he represents. I have referred 9 people to Gary since then. All 9 people were 100% happy with him and his results.
