Dean Trantalis

My brother and I retained Mr. Trantilis after my father passed away. Prior to his passing we had entered into a contract to sell his Wilton Manors condo. I spoke to a few area lawyers, all who doubted the ability to close on the sale on the contracted date. Mr. Trantilis’ legal assistant, Brett LaGro...w told us it was not impossible but it would be a challenge. It was clear that Brett was well versed in Florida law and would work diligently as we raced the clock. There is no doubt in my mind that we were able to close as contracted because of the hard work of Mr. Trantilis’ hard working team, especially Brett. They quoted us fees that were in line or lower than the other attorneys we interviewed. There were no surprise charges or hidden fees and they made a hard situation a little bit easier. Had we missed our contracted close date our buyers would have had a mess as they had to be out of their rental, the possessions would have had to go into storage and it would have cost them thousands of dollars and it would have been a major headache.
