My brother and I retained Mr. Trantilis after my father passed away. Prior to his passing we had entered into a contract to sell his Wilton Manors condo. I spoke to a few area lawyers, all who doubted the ability to close on the sale on the contracted date. Had we missed our contracted close date our buyers would have had a mess as they had to be out of their rental, the possessions would have had to go into storage and it would have cost them thousands of dollars and it would have been a major headache.
