Juliette Suzanne Sturla

Juliette was paired with my parents at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in their Sixty Plus Internship Program. Her charm and charisma shined through as well as her ability to speak Spanish; I did not have to interpret for my mom. Although she seemed fairly new in the legal issue that we were facing... at the time, foreclosure, she and her partner MacKenzie Watson had the willingness to proceed, and it was approved by supervising counsel. Since I as a paralegal as well as former student of the same law school (I didn't tell Sixty Plus about the latter until after Julette and her partner graduated) spoke legalese, I was able to appreciate how I, in addition to my parents, was treated by Juliette and MacKenzie as a client. We (mom & dad) went on to hire Sixty Plus and got different interns...but Juliette will always stand out as making us feel more than a client...like family!
