Joseph will portray a great character, until you pay him. On my case he said he could get my charge lowered. That never happened. After we pled guilty, he never continue with what we agreed upon. I ended up going to a public defender to get more advice because he never got back to me. I would recomm...end going to a public defender over this joke.

Two years I've been involved with this attorney fighting a real estate issue. I paid him money after he agreed to take my case. Two years later I have not heard one word from him. Every time I call, a secretary tells me he's busy or he's not there. I've sent numerous emails to his office and never g...et back responses. I've recently learned that other clients of his are having the same issues. Attorney Joseph Cichowski has taken their money as well and has done nothing for them.
