I would like to say that Attorney Timothy Hartley is the best when it comes to being a professional in many ways, initial consultation consisted of summary of our case and needs going over multiple documents, different ways of payment for service, patience in listening to our situation. After going o...ver his service to be provided, we signed and he went to work, keeping a line of communication whether by phone, text and email. After weeks of back-and-forth and not getting anywhere regarding the two other parties involved, he suggested mediation. Which we and the others agreed. Once he explained the mediation process, we went forward and after at least five hours of back-and-forth, we came to an agreement that Tim fought for us. In closing, I was in business for over 30 years and on more than one occasion needing an attorney or was involved in a lawsuit. I will say using Attorney Timothy Hartley was my best experience yet. I recommend that you have a consultation with Tim before deciding on an attorney in the Fort Lauderdale area.

I first met Tim almost two (2) decades ago as adversaries on a case, in which he did an excelelnt job for his client while being a consummate professional and a gentleman. While things, at times, got heated and contentious, Tim never resorted to any questionable conduct and a mutual respect develope...d into a friendship. I am proud to call Tim a friend today, and have had the pleasure and honor of working several cases and matters with him throughout the years where his compassion and commitment to his clients has remained second to none. Tim is an outstnding lawyer, but he is also an even better person. The Bar and the profession could use more lawyers like Tim.
