Solo practitioner who takes on more than he can handle. Result is less than satisfactory communication and not the work you hoped for. Also hourly billing at full attorney fees. Many other firms would have paralegals and associates doing the work at lower rates. Bottom line mediocre work for exor...bitant costs.

Yes, I know it's hard to believe that there are actually lawyers out there who are not "Liar Liars". lol He's on point, professional, courteous and patient. He makes his clients feel welcome and gives them reassurance. But Tim will look out for your best interest, even the financial part.
