Scott E. Danner

Scott E. Danner - Mr. Danner was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. He has 25 years experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an attorney, claims manager, claims adjuster and fraudulent insurance claims investigator.

As an adjuster, Mr. Danner specialized in adjusting catastrophic loss, wrongful death, and bad faith claims. Mr. Danner worked for several major insurance carriers including Allstate Insuance Company, Reliant Insurance Group, Bristol West Insurance Group and Security National Insurance Company.

Mr. Danner received his dual B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 1984 and J.D. from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2003.

Mr. Danner is a former member of the Standing Committee for the Florida Bar on the Small Claims Rules and has chaired subcommittees on various different issues.

Mr. Danner has been a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Miami-Dade Defense Bar Association, Federalist Society, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Miami-Dade and Broward County Bar Association.

Mr. Danner has extensive jury trial experience participating in the defense of cases involving personal injury protection, slip and fall, premises liability, bodily injury and other civil matters.

He has lectured and taught seminars regarding various aspects of insurance defense law, including the defense of minor impact accidents, PIP Insurance law, the containment of costs and attorney’s fees and Florida Statute 57.105. Mr. Danner resides in Plantation, Florida with his wife and family.
