Rochelle Zucker Marcus

Rochelle Marcus represents the parents of gifted students, students suspected of having a disability and those with special needs or requiring accommodations. She accepts cases involving bullying and disciplinary actions. Ms. Marcus is able to mediate, file due process, litigate in State and Federal court, file state complaints with the Florida Department of Education and file complaints with the Office of Civil Rights. She assists with IEPs and getting your child an appropriate education.
