I consider myself absolutely lucky to have met Mr. Cohen. My house was in foreclosure, I consulted with two law firms, but was uncomfortable as I could only reach their paralegals. A friend recommended I call “Rocky” and I’m glad I did. He explained the process of saving my home through a chapter 13 ...bankruptcy and other options that I had. He was responsive, extremely knowledgeable in this area of law and would NOT back down to my mortgage servicer’s shenanigans. If you are reading this review you probably understand the stress associated with the fear of loosing you’re home. Throughout the process, Mr. Cohen gave me the peace of mind that my legal interests are being represented.

I contacted Rachamin Cohen after being referred to him by a good friend; and I have to say I am extremely pleased with his work. My dad signature was forged and a huge loan was taken out under his name, because of that we were served papers and shock to realize that the bank was threatening to take o...ur home away. Mr. Cohen kept an open line of communication. My parents ALWAYS had questions and he ALWAYS took his time to explain. When my parents lost all hope he reassured them that he will fight hard and he will not allow bank to take our home. And that he did!! He fought long & hard and we finally won the case. Rocky met with my husband and I and went over our case, listened to us and formulated a step by step plan tailored to our specific situation.
