I will not recommend this lawyer. She lied about her experience in for Termination of Parental Rights. She was completely lost. And told me stuff that gave me false hope. I fired her and went with the court appointed lawyer, which was way more experience then she was and didn't cost me a penny. 550...0 down the drain, she didn't help my case for nothing, thank God and the court appointed lawyer, things turned out the best for my kids and I.

If you want to win, then this is the attorney you go with. If you want a bulldog in court that knows the law inside and out that will fight for everything she can, you go with Kate. She is very honest and upfront and she will tell you as it is she will tell you if she feels that you can win and she w...ill always give 110%. I have hired her twice and have total confidence in her. You want her in your court room. You will have no regrets.

We have had an incredible experience thus far. Kate is not only extremely knowledgable, she is also fair and brutally honest which is refreshing when dealing in the dependency system. She tells it like it is and as long as you follow her advice and trust her plan, you will be fine. I hired Katherine to represent me in my dependency case to attain my child. As the case goes forward she seem to be very proactive an caring set meetings in her small office showed up to court, ect. After about a month into the case I started to notice laziness and negligence for the case it took 3 w...eeks to receive court documents, I came in looking for legal advise and help because these are things a person has no idea about! You just want HELP TO GET YOUR CHILD BACK.She decided to resign and withdraw from the case due to indifference's and my lack of informing her about my case and things going on! (ISN'T THAT AN ATTORNEYS JOB) to be in communication to follow up to see how things are going ect but according to Katherine its not, its MY JOB AND she never picked up her phone! All I could sit and wonder is what did she do all day? Where was my money invested into? SO to conclude this review as a frustrated single mother I only worked with Katherine for about 4 months and I was only happy the first month and could not receive any funds back.The case still goes on and I was forced to find another attorney. The best part was when she resigned she didn't even use my correct name and filed it to the courts. That should tell you all about the laziness and lack of knowledge in her job to do everything precisely and correct. DON'T DO IT. YOUR FAMILY DEPENDS ON THIS!! THERE ARE A MILLION OTHER LAWYERS WHO WILL ACTUALLY CARE AND DO THEIR JOB NOT ARGUE WITH CLIENTS AN IGNORE PHONE CALLS.
