Joshua Matthew Heath

Admitted to practice in the State of Florida and in The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Joshua is a motivated and personable legal professional located in the Miami Metropolitan Area. Josh is an Associate in Cole, Scott & Kissane's Fort Lauderdale-Las Olas office, focusing his practice on first party property issues. Josh earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law.

Prior to entering private practice, Josh served as the Director of Law School Admissions at St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, where he played a pivotal role in student recruitment, scholarship strategy, and program development. His dedication to mentorship and community engagement is highlighted by his continued involvement with Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, the pre-law programs of multiple high schools in South Florida, and the national efforts of the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC), where he serves as a frequent panelist for prospective law students across the country.
