I do not live in Florida and had a huge problem with my mother's Condo. HOA pipe burst, water everywhere, mold, and they refused to follow the rules and law to get rid of the mold and replace the drywall. I cannot exactly explain what Jeff did for me, that sorta the point of hiring an attorney for my case. But Jeff, in this case, and in all cases, always gives the best advice for me. Sometimes he says "it's not worth it" let's move on, it's a waste of you money. He always gets back to me, he always... recommends other lawyers when needed. He's smart and a really nice guy.
