I met David Frankel during the most difficult period of my life. I was beginning the process for a divorce after nearly 20 years of marriage and was, to say the least, not at my best. From the beginning, David was was very reassuring, calm and completely professional. For me, divorce was a comple...x, emotion-filled, draining and frightening event. It was filled with heated exchanges and arguments between my ex and I that I worried would end up costing us both a lot of money. Somehow, in the chaos and madness of it all, David remained a steady voice of reason. He helped me to navigate through the process at minimal cost and preserved everyone's pride and dignity at the same time. When the process began, I recall having huge arguments with my ex that left me so frustrated that I couldn't see straight. I would call David to explain. He always reassured me. He always listened. He always took my calls. He always offered thoughtful advice. He always made me feel like I was his only client. Put simply, he always cared. During one of the calls, I questioned whether he was losing money by having me as a client. He laughed and he answered something to the effect of, "Don't worry about that. Let's focus on what happened with your ex that got you so frustrated." In the end, my divorce was settled in a very short period of time and with minimal expense. Both my ex and I ended the proceedings with our integrity intact and life went on. No one's bank account was drained due to attorney's fees and although the process was contentious at times, both my ex and I walked away with honor. David is the reason things happened that way. He was like "The Divorce Whisperer." Everything, including time-sharing for the children, savings accounts, properties, cars, etc. were split amicably. I don't know anyone that can say that about their divorce with the exception of the people I've referred to David. David handles other legal matters besides divorce but I happened to retain him for my divorce. I would certainly retain his services again and will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs an excellent attorney.
