Be careful of hiring this guy. He is insidious. He called me after my criminal case was dropped Nolle Prosequi. Talked me into signing a contingency retainer to sue for police misconduct and false arrest. He held on the case for 3 months as the deadline to file before statue of limitations runs out. ...When I call now hangs hangs up the phone because of reasons he will not say. My opinion is he wants money UPFRONT or he will try to claim it was his case now that I signed on another Lawyer!! Becarefull when a lawyer wants to sign on too fast. My Opinion of this man is horrid!!! Stay Away!!!!

I met David Frankel during the most difficult period of my life. I was beginning the process for a divorce after nearly 20 years of marriage and was, to say the least, not at my best. No one's bank account was drained due to attorney's fees and although the process was contentious at times, both my ex and I walked away with honor. David is the reason things happened that way. He was like "The Divorce Whisperer." Everything, including time-sharing for the children, savings accounts, properties, cars, etc. were split amicably. I don't know anyone that can say that about their divorce with the exception of the people I've referred to David. David handles other legal matters besides divorce but I happened to retain him for my divorce. I would certainly retain his services again and will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs an excellent attorney.
