Dave has been an outstanding bright individual who took my worries and put them to rest with his knowledge of the law and a personal approach to his clients that make you feel someone actually cares and is listening. For those who have not had the miss fortune of being in the cycle of the Broward leg...al system it is a terrifying experience and to know Dave is your attorney gives you a sense of ease because I truly believe he does care about his clients an uses his education and creativity to problem solve situations that many cant do or care to do for the clients. My only regret was being in a place in my life where the legal system stripped me of my earning potential and I couldnt give Dave additional money who rightfully deserved to earn as an additional tip. Please read this and realize this is a whole heartedly honest review of this wonderful man. I wish all potential clients contact Dave and help you navigate this system that forgets people deserve breaks and shouldn't be looked at as a financial income for a bed in jail or a fee to pay for probation. Dave really helped me out of a bad situation. I was arrested while on a trip to Florida for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Feeling overwhelmed cause I couldn't show up to court in Florida Dave assured me he would look at every possible avenue to avoid going to court. Dave was able to get th...e case dismissed upon my completion of a class and a fine. Which is nothing compared to havin this black mark never being on your recored. TERRIBLE. I do not recommend this lawyer. He didn't show up to my court hearings therefore they issued a warrant for arrest. He "tried" to call to tell me but just so happened to NEVER leave a voicemail or even send a letter. Liar. So, yes, I was driving around South Florida with a warrant and I had ...no clue about it. SMH. Years later, he still lies about it. Was a simple simple case that should've been thrown out due to it being a "first offender" case. Then, he charged me more money to get the warrant gone when he failed to show up to court. Then asked for money when he failed to get it dismissed and then asked for more money to get it expunged. This guy is typical, give me money lawyer. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. JUST WANTS THE MONEY!
