With nearly 27 years of experience in Broward County’s criminal justice system, Dave L. Simmons leads the Law Offices of Dave L. Simmons, P.A., focusing on high-quality and client-focused defense. A Florida State University alumnus who graduated cum laude in Communications, Mr. Simmons went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School. His career includes service as both an Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, providing him with a unique breadth of insight into both prosecution and defense strategies. For the past 23 years, Mr. Simmons has dedicated his private practice to defending individuals facing a full range of criminal charges, from misdemeanors to major felonies. RUN AWAY. TERRIBLE LAWYER.
TERRIBLE. I do not recommend this lawyer. He didn't show up to my court hearings therefore they issued a warrant for arrest. He "tried" to call to tell me but just so happened to NEVER leave a voicemail or even send a letter. Liar. So, yes, I was driving around South Florida with a warrant and I had ...
