Kelly Ann Spear

Kelly A. Spear attended the University of Florida, in beautiful Gainesville, FL, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws in Taxation.  She has worked as a Tax and Forensic Accountant for several years, as a Judicial Clerk for the Eighth Judicial Circuit - Probate Division, and an Estate Planning/Tax Associate for large South Florida firms.

Ms. Spear was awarded the 2003 Book Award in Estate Planning and the Pro Bono Certificate in 2002 for her efforts in providing free tax preparation and assistance to limited income taxpayers through the IRS's VITA.  She is an active member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Dade County Bar, and Miami Gator Club.  She also frequently volunteers in the community for various organizations and was the recipient of the 2010-2011 Hands on Miami Volunteer of the Year Award and named one of the Top 10 Volunteers of 2010.
