Arthur Spiegel

I was referred to Mr. Spiegel by a friend who had hired him for a criminal defense matter. I was told that Mr. Spiegel was highly experienced; an honest lawyer who was very successful for my friend and, also very importantly, he did his work for a very fair fee. He also set up a Living Revocable Trust with pour-over wills and health-care surrogate/living wills for us, so we do not have to worry about how our health issues will be addressed, if my husband or I get to the point where end of life issues might come up. Believe me, after seeing some of the nightmare scenarios on TV, with people and courts and politicians getting into personal life decisions that families ought to make for themselves, I knew we had to deal with this situation ourselves, so there would not be a burden on our children and families. Since then Mr. Spiegel has become our "family lawyer" for several situations. He has written very effective "lawyer letters" that dealt with problems we were having. They're not problems any more. He also helped us evict a problem tenant. Mr. Spiegel used emails and telephone calls to keep us up to date on everything that was happening with our situations and he always responded to our calls and emailed notes.
