Biography
I am an international tax attorney based in Miami, FL. The crux of my practice is helping to legally reduce or eliminate the tax liability of foreigners with investments in the US, as well as that of foreigners who will immigrate to the US in the future. Generally, the earlier a client consults with me, the more I can help.
I originally graduated with a law degree in Venezuela from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello on 1985, and practiced tax and corporate law there for fifteen years. Then, I started and managed successful businesses in Chile and Miami. Then, realizing that my true talents are as a tax attorney, I went back to school and received my Juris Doctor degree from Sainth Thomas University in Miami, Florida, and then my Master in Laws (LL.M.) in Tax degree from the University of Florida.
