Entered a Chapte...r 13 Plan under the new loan modification programs was able to obtain a loan modification with forgiveness of principal and eventually got out of Bankruptcy as we accomplished our main mission of obtaining a modification. After being in foreclosure for about 3 years and a few loan modification denials. Mr. Montalvo requested that I file Chater 13 Bankruptcy and try the new loan modification program being offered in Bankruptcy Court. It was a success, I was able to obtain a favorable modification.I I also had a s...econd mortgage and Bingo it was forgiven, later I dismissed my Bankruptcy case as I accomplished all my goals. Excellent results, I never thought I was going to resolve any of these problems but he always gave me hope. Thank you
