Michael Maurice Benchetrit

Michael Benchetrit was my immigration attorney. He was horrible and a complete nightmare. He caused me to lose my adjustment of status on a EB-5 green card application and I had to reapply again. causing a delay of over two years and serious financial and life damage. I have filed bar complaints and ...also am currently filing a legal complaint against him as he advised me in writing on two separate occasions I could leave the country at a time when I could not. As a result, I lost over two years in the process and incurred a lot of financial damages. What I find more repulsive and shocking is that he covered up his mistakes when they came to light for over six months involving his wife. I had to reapply with another attorney. I would never recommend him.
