Biography
Jerry P. Saresky is a Trusts & Estates Attorney at Dorot & Bensimon. He dedicates his practice primarily to estate planning, probate, asset protection, and corporate work. Jerry recognizes that each client is unique and makes every effort to gain a deep understanding of their goals and needs. He takes pride in drafting or proofing each document with great care and precision. He also appreciates the importance of working with other trusted advisors, CPAs, lawyers, financial advisors, and anyone else who our client believes can contribute to the plan design, creation, and implementation.
Jerry gained his experience in these areas over his eighteen-year paralegal and attorney career. He can thus assist clients with basic and advanced planning techniques, at both a conceptual and practical level, and work comfortably with other trusted advisors, in fluent Spanish if necessary.
Jerry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University where he served two years on the Nova Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
