Tracey A. Foglia

Tracey Foglia is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focus is on helping homeowner’s with their property damage claims. She is a persistent and hardworking attorney that will aggressively advocate for her clients who is not scared of meeting her opponents in court.

Before coming to FLPLG, Ms. Foglia practiced in the field of Insurance Defense where she represented insurance carriers defending against Personal Injury Protection claims in both private and in-house counsel positions.

Ms. Foglia is admitted to practice law in all Florida State courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida.

During law school, she interned for the Honorable Peter R. Lopez and was a St. Thomas Law Review Staff Editor, St. Thomas School of Law Merit Scholarship Recipient, and Vice President of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.

Ms. Foglia is a Co-Editor of the JIOP Newsletter for the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, an active member of the Duke Club of South Florida, and a member of a women’s philanthropic group.  In her time outside the courtroom, Ms. Foglia enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.  She is a native Spanish speaker
