Dennis B. Freeman

Dennis Freeman has been an active member of the South Florida legal community for over 45 years. After earning his Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973, Dennis returned to his native Miami to establish a legal practice that he continues to head today. He specializes in family law and litigation, but his wealth of experience has given him the knowledge and skills necessary to take on almost any case that comes across his desk.

Throughout his professional life, Dennis has cultivated a reputation of success and professionalism. No case is too big or too small as Dennis has litigated cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars and cases involving much less. In the aftermath of the 2008 financial collapse, for example, Dennis successfully took on real estate developers that failed to deliver what was promised to buyers, an accomplishment that earned him a profile on the front page of the Wall Street Journal. Over the course of his career, Dennis has settled and tried countless marital and commercial matters that do not make the headlines without compromising his integrity or morals.

Dennis has deliberately chosen to maintain a concierge practice to assure that he gives his clients his maximum attention and effort, and his client base comes almost exclusively through referrals by other lawyers, judges, and previous clients. With his office in the Aventura Corporate Center, Dennis serves both Miami-Dade County and Broward County as well as doing more long distance work. In a crowded field of lawyers, Dennis' pitch is simple: he will not guarantee a result, but clients can always count on him to give his best honest effort on their behalf.
