David Henry Lichter

I am an attorney specializing in consumer protection litigation and have used David Lichter as mediator a few times and he has always amazed me with his sharpness, patience and balance. It was during my last mediation, however, that David took it to next level. During our initial mediation confer...ence, we were unable to reach an agreement. In the 2-3 months that followed, David stayed on top of the case by e-mail and telephone and we eventually settled the case due solely to David's perseverance. I do not know of many other mediators that would have even come close to the effort David put in to this case. David makes himself highly accessible and uses his creativity to work with the parties on settlement. I have worked with dozens of other mediators and can honestly say that David is one of the best mediators I have ever worked. Plus, he's just a nice guy to boot.
