Caro Kinsella

BEWARE. While I live in NY, my Green Card bearing (Irish)spouse has been working in Palm Beach, and so when I was going to be in the area visiting him we rang the office for an appointment several weeks in advance to discuss the process of his obtaining citizenship ASAP. The immediate response was t...hat there were no face-to-face appointments available, but that we could book a phone consultation to occur in two days. I thought this odd, but went ahead and completed the online form, requesting an appointment for 5PM or after, and providing credit card information--which I really thought odd. Being Irish--as is Karo--I figured surely they're not going to rip me off. Very shortly afterwards, we were booked for a phone conference at 12:30PM [not possible and not as requested]. And informed that my CC had been charged. A series of aggravating phone calls followed, neither of which was resulted in our getting an appointment at a suitable time. It then took over ten days to receive a refund to my CC account. Shabby, amateurish, wholly ineffective concern.

After a horrible experience I had with a previous attorney for my husband's case I was happy on how her firm was professional and got the results needed. The first time I spoke with Caro she had us feeling comfortable, like she really was very concerned about my husband's case she explained the who...le process on how becoming a permanent resident soon after I started the process. My husband is now here with me and has gotten his green card thank you so much for all the support you guys gave us and for your hard work :).

I'm an actor by trade, done several theater and film works in the UK and abroad, but was looking to get over to the states for a jig. Long story short I hired a solicitor here in Belfast to assist, but this one couldn't get me a visa, waited lots of time and tossed out lots money - no success. I... was going to give up when I heard about Caro from a lad I did a show with, he said Caro got him an O-1 visa and it worked out well. I gave Caro a shot and I'm very glad I did, I am due to fly to the USA next week under my new visa and I'm so thrilled that all worked out just as Caro said it would. I can't say enough how thankful I am for her and all her and her "team" did for me.

I have never given a business a bad review in my life, but I just have to tell others about my poor experience with this lawyer. I called the offices of Caro Kinsella FIVE times in October/November 2013 to talk about my Green Card through marriage application. Every time I was told she was busy, wit...h a client, on the phone etc..... and would contact me back when she could. She NEVER did contact me, all five times. I spoke to an assistant who asked me to email all my details to the office. Before anyone thinks I used the wrong email address, I was replying to an email Ms Kinsella's assistant had sent me. After waiting a week without a reply, I called the office again and was asked to resend the information yet again. Being Irish myself as Caro is too, I was maybe being a bit too patriotic and took the time to email all my details once more. Yet again I got no reply, so called to ask was there any chance I could make an appointment to see Caro. Finally some success, an appointment was made for a Tuesday morning at 11am. On Monday I got an email that Caro was busy Tuesday and she would conduct an interview over the phone with me. Unfortunately whoever wrote the email had not read my "available times" in my details and scheduled a phone interview Thursday morning when I was in college. I called to reschedule the phone interview but during the conversation I lost all confidence with this lawyer and finally said goodbye. Thankfully I found another excellent Immigration Lawyer in Fort Lauderdale who I just gave a 5/5 review to because I am now sitting here with my "Welcome to the United States" Green Card letter in my hand, no thanks to Caro Kinsella's office.

I used Caro to get my work/training visa in the States. Her office was helpful and made things pretty simple for me. I used Caro because my last visa was denied and my friend recommended Caro's office when she heard what happened. Thanks to Caro I'll be working and living in the States soon! THANK Y...OU SO MUCH CARO!
