I am a U.S. immigration attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing clients worldwide in complex immigration, consular, USCIS, and CBP-related matters. I am admitted in both New York and Georgia to practice law.
A major focus of my practice is consular processing, difficult visa cases, waivers, CBP airport and border issues, sworn statements, visa refusals, and immigration interview preparation. I regularly assist clients attending interviews at U.S. consulates including London, Belfast, Dublin, Paris, Rome, Naples, Milan, and other consulates throughout Europe and worldwide.
I represent clients in immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters including E-2 investor visas, L-1A intracompany transfers, EB-1 extraordinary ability cases, P visas, family-based immigration, green card processing, temporary work visas, visitor visas, and consular waivers. My office also handles administrative processing delays, prior denials, inadmissibility issues, and complex consular strategy matters.
In addition to USCIS and consular work, I assist clients facing CBP secondary inspection issues, airport questioning, sworn statements, visa cancellations, expedited removal concerns, and port-of-entry complications.
I am also a published immigration author, and my practical immigration guides are available through Amazon, Google Books, Apple Books, Draft2Digital, IngramSpark, Goodreads, and other publishing platforms. My publications focus on consular interviews, USCIS filings, CBP inspections, visa preparation, and immigration strategy.
Over the years, I realized that many people simply cannot afford full legal representation but still desperately need accurate immigration information and proper preparation. Because of this, I developed a practical immigration education system designed to help individuals better understand and prepare their own immigration matters.
This system includes a growing library of more than 65 immigration audio guides, self-preparation resources, case filing kits, document checklists, and interview preparation materials covering consular processing, USCIS filings, CBP issues, and visa preparation strategies. My goal is to give people access to reliable immigration education and practical tools, even if they are not in a position to retain full legal services.
For individuals who need additional guidance, I also offer consultation and immigration preparation sessions focused on strategy, interview preparation, case review, and understanding how immigration officers and consular officers evaluate cases.
My practice combines legal representation with practical immigration education and strategic case preparation for clients navigating immigration systems worldwide.

Interview Prep
Caro prepped my husband and I very well for our interview; she made sure we had every single document and information needed. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone applying to get their green card.

Entry Denied at Airport
I was denied entry at the airport and the officer made me sign a sworn statement. I felt like it was an interrogation because there were couple of officers asking me questions for nearly 4 hours. Thankfully, I decided to speak to Caro first. She advised me not to go to the consulate unless I was repr...

Appeal
USCIS denied our petition. We then retained Caro’s services as we only had 30 days to appeal. We did not know what to do and we were very anxious. Caro helped us to file the appeal on time.
"I endorse this lawyer. Ms. Kinsella's knowledge of immigration law, particularly her practical ability to create cutting edge winning arguments for appellants who's chances appeared grim is only surpassed by her knowledge of business immigration. I'm honored to endorse her!"
