Biography
My practice is 100% immigration related issues such as deportation defense, family immigration, professional visas, naturalization, and all other issues related to immigration. My experience with immigration issues dates back to 1992 when I was a paralegal working for successful practitioners. As an attorney, I have had the honor of successfully representing thousands of immigrants in removal proceedings as well as in the process of obtaining lawful status in the United States. My staff consists of a paralegal with over 15 years of experience and a Foreign Law Advisor to assist us in understanding international issues affecting our clients. We are a small firm equipped to handle complexed immigration related cases. We are all fluent in Spanish and ready to assist you.
