Provided all the information requested and was more than patient, but after more than 2 months of waiting I received no help nor would they even return my calls. I eventually had to request the assistance of another attorney and in less than 2 days they accomplished more than this office did in 2 mon...ths. Although they were aware of the difficult circumstances I found myself in, they demonstrated no empathy or compasion. Very unprofessional, and a total nightmare.
