In addition to my private practice, I previously served as the Special Master for Code Enforcement Hearings for the City of Hialeah, Florida from 2005 until 2012. Prior to returning to private practice, I was Assistant City Attorney for the City of Hialeah, Florida from January 2001 through April 2004. Subsequently I have been engaged by the City of Hialeah Law Department as an expert witness in immigration matters.
