If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Alex Hanna Law for my naturalization case and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They changed my lawyer MULTIPLE times — each new one had zero clue about my case, and I had to explain everything from scratch every time. Nobody took ownership; I was ju...st a file being tossed from desk to desk. It felt like no one in that office actually cared about what happened to me or my future. Every time I called to follow up, I got a different person giving me a different answer — or worse, no answer at all. Getting someone on the phone was a battle in itself, and when I did manage to reach them, they had no updates and no solutions. They missed critical deadlines, putting my entire immigration process at serious risk. In a naturalization case, timing is everything — one missed deadline can delay your life by months or destroy your chances entirely. They knew that, and still let it happen. And the worst part? The lawyers assigned to me clearly had NO understanding of the naturalization process. I knew more about my own case than they did. Watching supposed immigration specialists fumble through basic procedures was both infuriating and terrifying, because it was MY future on the line. I paid a significant amount of money for absolutely nothing. No progress, no results, no communication, no accountability — just excuses and empty promises. My case is STILL unresolved after nearly two years of paying them and trusting them with one of the most important decisions of my life. DO NOT hire this firm for immigration. They will take your money, waste your time, and gamble with your future. An absolute disgrace to the legal profession.
