Biography
Member of the Florida and Montana Bars and the Patent Bar. I have an extensive pre-law background in research and development in the areas of biotechnology and medical devices where I was the R&D representative for various new product development teams. For me, the attorney-client relationship is one grounded in teamwork to try and achieve an optimal outcome based on the unique circumstances of the legal matter, whether the legal matter involves a transactional matter (e.g., patent/trademark applications and intellectual property rights licensing agreements) or a legal dispute (e.g., defending a client in a trade secret misappropriation matter or representing the plaintiff in a breach of contract matter). I have a particular interest in the application of risk identification and risk management principles to my clients' legal matters from start to finish.
