My ex wife and I wanted to get a divorce she was demanding not only child support but alimony which I couldn’t afford. So I went looking for a divorce and child support lawyer when we went our separate ways...Lisa was not only fair but a force to be reckon with in court. She answered all my questions... in a timely manner and put together an agreement. We went back and forth for a while but my ex finally agreed and we came to an agreement, she signed the papers and we waited for a hearing. If I ever have such an issue again, I will gladly use her service once again and definitely recommend her!! Oh and she works with you on payment plan for her fees which was a great relief to me!!

What I wanted was a "pitbull" in the court room and Lisa Baird was that, but with A LOT of class. She was upfront with me regarding all of my options and possible outcomes (good and bad). Sh...e even offered other solutions that would cost less and be just as effective. She's EXTREMELY knowledgeable with federal employees, focused, precise, highly intelligent, confident, professional and QUICK on her feet! She's VERY AGGRESSIVE and METHODICAL in her thought process and will devise a plan with alternative solutions that works for you. She prepared me very well for my hearing, worked late and extensively on my case, and combed through every minor detail...she didn't miss a beat! When I had my first court appearance I was not prepared for how prepared Lisa was! She had all her exhibits (from A-Z) and wrecked the opposing counsels defense with very little effort. I literally observed her confidently sashay around that courtroom giving the judge her evidence all while defending my cause. I felt as if she took my case personally and was fighting for her own rights. I walked out of that court room impressed and amazed with her knowledge base and skill and as the victor for my kids. With my final divorce she fought very hard for me and got me what I wanted, but the most important thing I got was a majority tmesharing with my kids which apparently the courts try to push for 50-50 schedules. For a woman who has no kids she is passionate about her cause and will fight for and with you. One thing her staff always said to me is "Lisa doesn't have any kids so her clients are her babies!" They were spot on with their description of her because I witnessed a "mama bear" in that courtroom!!! As my title states she's worth every penny and I really got what I paid for and then some! If you want a timid lawyer Lisa is not for you, but if you want a professional aggressive lawyer then look no further...I highly recommend Lisa Baird!!!!

LIsa will always be saved in my phone so I can give her number to anyone who needs her services. I recently had to defend myself against my ex for "past" due child support. She completely embarrassed the other attorney in court ....2x's. From the beginning everything she explained would happen in ...court did. She is a very up front and honest attorney.
