I retained Lisa Baird to represent me in the Circuit Court of the 11th Judicial Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida Family Division. At the beginning she was very informative and kept me reassured that things will turn out fine. Finally made it to mediation which Lisa recommended a private mediator and I spent $1,000 to come to the conclusion that I ultimately was going to wind up struggling financially and walking away empty hand...ed. Lisa never recommended going to mediation through the court system which only cost $120 and the court system actually work more in my favor than the private mediator did. In total I spent over $9,000 for her to let me know at the half way point of my divorce that she was no longer going to represent me since I began asking for an explanation of why she was not able to follow through with the plan she first drew up for me during my first consolation. I had to find another lawyer to represent me and additionally she charged for every email and every phone call I ever made to her office and her assistant does an exceptionally well job of documenting all those phone calls and emails. Save your time and money.

Lisa represented me in divorce several years ago. She is extremely bright and extremely well-spoken. Lisa prepares extensively and doesn't miss anything. She is quick with her thought process and extremely effective. She knows the tricks and obfuscation that other lawyers will use against her, and sh...e is always ready.
