Lisa Anne Baird

Lisa Baird is in my opinion an extremely well read and educated lawyer. When she takes a case, she is thorough, precise and focused. She thinks out of the box and pursues avenues you wouldn't think of. I retained Lisa and she is currently still handling my case, which is coming along in a timely matt...er. I would highly recommend her as someone who not only has your back and will do whatever it takes to ensure the best results for her clients, but is also honest with her advice and and sensitive to your needs.

Lisa Baird brought a level of experience and expertise to my very complex MSA renegotiation that other attorneys specializing in Family Law were unable to provide. Lisa represented me in divorce several years ago. She is extremely bright and extremely well-spoken. Lisa prepares extensively and doesn't miss anything. She is quick with her thought process and extremely effective. She knows the tricks and obfuscation that other lawyers will use against her, and sh...e is always ready. There were several mistakes made by the attorney during discovery. She did not read the documents and provide valid advice. Her office encouraged phone calls and questions and billed her rate for that of associate who also served as receptionist. During discovery meeting the attorney/receptionsit a...nswered multiple phone calls and was distracted adding to the length of the meeting. During meetings with Ms Baird she answered her cell phone and carried on perosnal conversations. The attorney permited a deposition and went to the depo unprepared and had not reviewed the emplyment contract/documentation provided to her. Instead of trying to resolve amicably she created a more antagonistic situation with opposing counsel.
