Rhonda Faith Gelfman

Ms. Gelfman practices in the areas of immigration and nationality law, family law, criminal law (felony and misdemeanor) and DUI and traffic defense. Ms. Gelfman is a member of the State Bars of New York, Florida and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Gelfman has been practicing for over 30 years and has represented clients in mulitple states across the United States.

Ms. Gelfman is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association. Ms. Gelfman graduated from the University of Florida and obtained her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg in New York.
