Yo lo busque para el tiempo compartido con el padre y para el Child Support del niño. El primer día te muestra todo muy bonito, todo lo que supuestamente va hacer, porque tienes que pagarle por adelantado. Después no hace nada a tu favor, todo es en tu contra, todo lo pone negativo, te sientes que no... es tu abogado que es el de la otra persona, te obligaba a tomar decisiones a favor de la otra persona, como madre me sentí desprotegida con mi propio abogado. No defiende para nada el bienestar de tu hijo. En la cita antes de la corte tienes que repetirle todo porque parecería como que no sabe nada de tu caso, no le dedica tiempo a tu caso y lo peor es que te está cobrando por repetirle de nuevo todo y el cobra 400 la hora. Sus empleados también son iguales, te hacen ver que es está haciendo algo por tí, pero al final no está haciendo nada. De verdad que sola te defiendes mejor. Si lo escojes tienes todas las de perder, aparte de que no hace nada a tu favor, siempre le vas a quedar debiendo, pide mas fechas a la corte para conseguir más información, pero cuando vas a su cita no ha conseguido nada, pero si te cobra, te divide el día final y te sale conque tienes que pagarle 4,000 dólares si quieres que vaya a la cita final. Lamento no haber leído los Reviews antes de escogerlo todo lo que dicen malo, es verdad, totalmente verdad, porque todo lo que leí después fue lo mismo que me paso. Sales mejor sola. Cero profesional. El día final de mi corte fui sola, los jueces son personas humanas y escojen lo mejor para El Niño.

I had a very easy case to resolve in court related to my divorce and child custody. This lawyer appeared to be very confident and knowledgeable mane asked me for a lot of money which I paid immediately. On court he was very weak , shown not knowing details of the case and no determination. My case wa...s lost and not is very complicated . After I fired him he sent me an extra bill for $800 saying that was office expenses. If u want to loose your case and waste your money go for this incompetent lawyer

I hired this attorney for a simple child support and custody modification, but he took 2 years to resolve my case, I had to call The Florida Bar to file a complaint and that's when he decided it was time to work on my case. He only cares about his retainer fee and his attorney's fees from both s...ides. My experience with Mr. Gonzalez and his staff was a nightmare and unless you want to waste your money and time hire this attorney.

After shopping around and consulting with various attorney who specializes in Family Law, I came across an old friend and talked to him about my situation and he immediately metintion that I should use Jorge Gonzalez's services as he had also gone through a nasty paternity and divorce case. He told m...e that he was very straight forward, knew his business and successfully represented him in his divorce and paternity Case. When I scheduled the appointment I was pleased to find out that Mr. Gonzalez oppend on Saturdays in his Hialeah office, it was great since that worked around my crazy work schedule. Anyways, The instance I met Jorge and spoke to him as was pleased to have gone because he was all that I expected and more. Knowledgeable and confident is an understatement, I knew that I wanted him on my side of the court room. My case was very complicated as I had multiple marital properties, children, dogs, boats well you get the picture. All that I can say is that thanks to Jorge everything worked itself out. We filed Served her the law suite and Jorge went on the offensive. I ultimately got what I wanted, shared parental rights of my children, appropriate child support and divided the assets equally and fair. Best of all we never had to go to Trial because my Mr. Gonzalez sat down with my ex-wife's attorney and worked out a reasonable deal. Btw I was surprised and annoyed at these other reviews because they are far from the truth. Makes me wonder who actually wrote them.
