Within ten minutes of speaking to David, he was on the case. Though it was undoubtedly a very small case relative to his other cases, he realized that it could have long-lasting impact on a young man about to go to college. Through nine months of continuances and prosecutor changes, David never stopp...ed pushing for what was right rather than simply allowing the system to push for a “simple” but “unjust” diversion program. In the end, the charges against my son were dismissed fully. I cannot make or offer an honest review of this attorney; however, I do feel it important to share my experience in attempting to contact him and make an appointment for a consultation. I first used the automatic call-back system located on the firm's website and never heard back. Next, I did complet...e the online request for consultation link located on the website and again, did not revive any type of communication (call, email, text,etc.) back from the office. Finally, I placed two calls in to the office, both times speaking with what I believe to be clerical personnel. Each time, I left messages and never heard back. When I called the final time and simply asked if anyone from the office would be contacting me, I was told my information was given to the attorney; however, he was busy in trial. I was assured that I would hear back from him. All of this was over a four week span, and to this day I have yet to hear from anyone from the firm. The website for this firm does offer an overview, bios and areas practiced, as does most law firms' sites. Of particular note is the claim of being responsive and available to the client. If this is in fact true, I can only share my experience as it was anything but pleasant and responsive.
