She doesn't seem to have the client's interest at heart, rarely return calls, if ever. She has to be reminded of the entire case every time you (can ) speak to her. Her staff keeps on apologizing, but nothing gets done. You never get a detailed bill. I found her to be extremely detached and unintere...
Dear Anonymous, It is hard to respond to your comments because you have not identified yourself. I encourage you to send me an email at [email protected] and I will get back to you. I moved my office recently and if the transition has caused a problem in communication, I apologize and want you to reach out to me directly. Meanwhile, immigration is getting more and more difficult. I care about all of my clients and I will always tell you my honest opinion about your case. I won't take a case if I don't think I can make a difference and win. That does not mean it is going to be fast or easy. In my office, I assign all cases to a case manager who makes sure each individual understands the status of the case and what is happening. Clients do not want me to be on the phone all day long, they want me to be working on their case. That is what I am doing. I am not detached and I am not uninterested. Quite the contrary -- I care and I am constantly fighting for my clients. The proven results of my clients' immigration success is what I live and work for -- I hope you reach out to me soon, Linda
