Steven David Kaufman

Mr. Kaufman, Represented me on a number of occasions, all of my experiences were very positive and always felt that Steve provided me with the best outcome. Mr. Kaufman always gave me an honest answer, did not sugar coat, and told it like it was. I always appreciated his candor and frank approach. ...I was represented on a very complex and convoluted case, Steve walked me through the whole process, always answered my phone calls and e-mails. I used Steve for a child custody case. To put it short, my ex wife was attempting to alter our time sharing schedule and my contribution towards his child support. My ex was attempting to do this by making erroneous accusations. I went to Steve in a panic mode. Steve in a blunt fashion explai...ned my options in the case. Steve gave me time to dictate my position. Steve took his time the day before our court date to review the facts. Everything went well in court. Actually, later on everything went so smooth that I ended up getting exactly what I wanted as far as time sharing with my son. Things went even further when Steve was able to reverse my child custody payments to nothing! In fact, my ex owed me child support! Steve gave me his cellular phone number which made him available whenever I needed him. He made it a point to keep me informed about my case and he would even let me know when he was going on vacation. I appreciate Steve because he wouldn't feed me B.S. that I wanted to hear. He wouldn't allow me to waste my time and money pursuing things that he knew wouldn't work in court. Thanks Steve (and company).

Mr. Kaufman was great. My divorce was smooth and had the intentions of the child in hand. It is nice to know you can go to someone during a difficult time and still walk out with a good experience. Mr. Kaufman handled my recent divorce case, needless to say initially the process was a nightmare and extremely stressful. However, after sitting down with Mr. Kaufman and retaining him in my case things began to get better exponentially. He provided me with the information I was looking for and ar...med me with the tools to get the best possible outcome in my case. He was honest, sometimes he didn't give me the answers I WANTED to hear but instead the answers I NEEDED to hear. I received a marital agreement of 50/50 unprejudiced custody with minimal child support due to disparity in pay and no alimony. In closing I'd also like to add he treated my ex wife with respect and made the situation run much more smoothly, he also was non confrontational with opposing council and ended up coming together to reach the final agreement during mediation.
